We don’t just make games. We build the machines they live in.

We design and hand-build bespoke arcade machines — and games — for game studios, brands, and businesses who want something the market doesn't already sell.

Building Throwback! Jai-Alai Heroes by hand taught us something: we're not just game developers — we're arcade builders. Over the past year, that's grown into its own thing. Working out of our shop at Hive Labs in Lake Nona, we now design and hand-fabricate custom arcade cabinets for other studios and businesses who want something the market doesn't sell off the shelf.

In the last year alone, we've completed three custom cabinet builds on contract for major corporate clients — real hardware, real deadlines, real craftsmanship, start to finish.

Alongside cabinets, we co-develop games — including Hungry Tribbles with Warren Davis, the designer behind arcade classics like Q*bert and Terminator 2.
